Women Reform Organization is a Pan-African, Humanitarian Organization with the social corporate responsibility of creating awareness, enlightenment, and regenerating the giant strides inherent in African Women, through campaigns, empowerment programmes, and advocacy for qualitative education, vocational training & mentorship. We are also interested in creating a platform of business opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs, with the sole objective of sharpening their entrepreneurship skills aimed at eradicating the penury lifestyle among African Women.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Title: Volunteer IT / Web Developer
Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

  • This is a volunteer remote role for an IT/Web Developer at Women Reform Organization.
  • The IT/Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and information technology tasks to enhance the organization’s online presence and support its mission-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development skills
  • Experience in Web Development and Information Technology
  • Software Development expertise
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Prior experience in volunteer work or social impact projects
  • Knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Title: Volunteer Partnership and Fundraising Manager
Location: Lagos

Role Description

  • The Women Reform Organization is in search of a dedicated volunteer Partnership and Fundraising Manager to join our team.
  • In this remote capacity, you will play a crucial role in securing the resources essential for advancing our mission.
  • As the Volunteer Partnership and Fundraising Manager, you will oversee our partnerships and donor connections to secure the funding and resources necessary to establish and sustain our programs.
  • Please note that this is a volunteer position, and we can only offer a stipend to cover internet usage expenses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with fundraising and donor relations, preferably with a nonprofit
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns
